  1. Kamoteng pagdadahilan…. At pagpapaliwanag na malabo…

Ang punto ko, kulang sa kaayusan, maganda ang umpisa hanggang sa kalagitnaan pro walang magandang plano sa post event ang mission.. Di ba?

  2. i think i should say sorry if i were not able to inform you the whole details.

if you set your mind negative to something you’ll never see the positive results.

  3. To those who made this video that’s obviously not well informed, kindly educate yourselves from the website created for such program of the INC. You are welcome to come and be with the thousands of members who help to make this humongous medical missions a success. Do not only talk the talk but do what you said about you know better than the event planners.

This project was launched by Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, the Executive Minister of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, in Tondo, Manila, Philippines, last April 13, 2013. In his pastoral letter, he stated: “It is important that we inform our own countrymen that the Church Of Christ has the true brotherhood.” He likewise urged the brethren to further propagate the faith and share the message of salvation to all humanity, especially to their countrymen.

Through the Felix Y. Manalo Foundation, thousands of indigents were given aid, such as food, clothing, and medical and dental services. After this initial activity, the project is now held regularly in different parts of the world.

Members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo volunteer their precious time and effort in extending help to people regardless of their religious affiliation, in compliance with the biblical mandate “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:39 NIV). Apostle Paul taught, “Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith” (Galatians 6:10 NLT).

In addition to providing humanitarian aid, the Iglesia Ni Cristo also holds its “Evangelical Mission.” This is an activity in which the word of God is being shared with non-members who attend the event. Recognizing the stark reality that the material food that is being given is simply a temporary aid to alleviate the needs of the poor, the Church realizes the greater need for them to receive the spiritual food which is the word of God.

The Lord and Savior Jesus Christ taught, “Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4 NIV). He likewise taught, “Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life” (John 6:27 NIV). In line with this biblical truth, the word of God – which is the spiritual food – is also being proclaimed during the time that the material food is being provided.

This website serves as a resource for all who are interested in learning about this humanitarian project of the Iglesia Ni Cristo. Here you can read testimonies from various publications about past KABAYAN KO, KAPATID KO activities. Photo galleries, as well as video clips, of these can also be found on this site.

  5. So much thinking..

In this case, the good done by the INC for the poorest of the poor far outweighed the inconvenience caused by the event.

It has been said that society can be measured by how it treats the least of its people.

  8. benefit/help < nuisance/broke/stress/injured/dead(yes in our case here in bulacan)

do the math. nobody's against this mission whether it incorporates sublime indoctrination or even political agenda. it's your call. what we are concerned about is the way this mission was executed. planned. don't throw the issue away from that. it's a single day of projected benefit but in reality, it wasted a day of economic stride and earning to the working class.

again, this so-called benefit is largely outweighed.

  9. I sadly say dat I think u guys r narrow minded. Y kip on criticizing d medical mission done by the INC? u should b thankful 2 dem, at least dey got to share der blessings 2 d poor ones. For ur info, ds program was intended 2 be done in areas all over d country, luzon, visayas n mindanao, n abroad ( search INC Givings) where INC had accessed or local districts. INC continuously reach out to pipol who are n needs. INC had done a lot of medical missions more than u guys had ever known, some r big n oders r not big enough to caught a nationwide attention. The aim is to HELP PEOPLE. However, d recent medical mission sadly caught d eyes of some critics as it is publicized on television, yet, surely it lightens d burden n d hart of millions of unfortunate pipol. 🙂

Hmmm.. u complain about d traffic brought by d mission? Obviously dat was ur main concern. Ok, talking about TRAFFIC. How about d trafic caused by d feast of d black nazarene attended by several million devotees that CROWD d streets of d city of metro manila? Doesn’t it causes heavy traffic? Vehicular accidents? stampede accidents? and of course, classes in all levels r suspended, ryt? wat cud be worser dan that? think.. think.. and u never heard d INC members complaint about that inasmuch as INC members understand that it is ur religious tradition n culture.

Now, regarding about building clinics or hospitals in d localities rather dan organizing a medical mission..

INC had hospital n is stil on d proces of building anoder. Well, Mr. blue shirt it is not easy 2 build a hospital in a wiks or in a months. In our current country’s situation, where starvation is rampant as well as obviously insufficient healthcare facilities for d poor ones, medical missions can be much beneficial for d pipol receiving d help (Hope u see it although ur not one of them). For ur awareness, since u have no idea, thousands of bags of relief goods were given together with the dental and other medical services. I believe, these somehow alleviated their distressful situation in life. Moreover, there’s a lot of hospitals n clinics already built by d gov’t n d localities, it wud be der utmost duty to make it functional n beneficial to d pipol rather than making it as n instrument for corruption. The medical mission aims to answer d immediate needs of the pipol at large.

Regarding the chaotic atmosphere happened in d area. The INC members/organizers tried to control d crowd and the area, however, it is sad to note that the pipol around receiving the medical mission were not accustomed to impeccable manners. I believe this would be the time for u to suggest in ur respective religious minister to incorporate in ur religious teachings d importance of conducting oneself properly in any places and n any circumstances.

I believe INC doesn’t intend to give any political statement on that event nor bragging about it. The event was just big enough to be noticeable and had caught the attention of the media and of course the eyes of the envious. ( well, better help the entire city if you can rather than just serving a smaller portion of the area when u do have the sources enough to share). Also, the huge crowd were not solely made up by the INC members. A lot of them came from different religious sectors, catholic, protestant, etc.. think.. think.. if u can.

Hmmm..comparing the INC medical mission to the Million People March in EDSA, which obviously had a political statement,it certainly produced a favorable result wherein poor are being feed and given by certain medical assistance. I believe everyone should have also supported the medical mission rather than complaining about it. The event indeed extended hands to the needy and had let the corrupt government officials see what they had taken out from these pipol. think..think..

ohh.. so u think the INC members who organized the said event lacks capability to handle it? wer u able to know them?.. Like any other medical missions, not all participants r medically trained, some r first timers. That’s y der s wat we call division of tasks suited for each participant. A lot of INC members r in the medical field and u could see dem extending their hands n der many medical missions.

Really!hahaha.. U know what guys putting behind any worship schedule/services is tantamount to putting God behind. A church worship service is done to honor God, to worship his name and to listen to his words. I could not imagine what God may think and do to those people who would put him behind for their own comfort. 🙁

And y can’t u set aside ur own comfort for the benefit of oder pipol who r n dire need of help? when it only happens n a single day.. a little sacrifice would mean a lot to others.. think..think..

simple advice: before u express ur thoughts, know d topic/event u want to tackle b4 u say something so u wud not appear ignorant “I have no idea”.. all u know is d TRAFFIC..

Genesis 12:3 New International Version (NIV)

    I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse;

and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.

    • Amen! You think kapani-paniwala ang point mo? Festivities are all publicly known unlike the medical mission that surprises all of us.

  10. There are rumors within the ranks that the Aquino government would like to apply tax and dues to the importation of materials used for the Philippine Arena, the soon-to-be world’s largest covered auditorium owned by the INC. Of course, it will be charged to the contractor. But the contractor will source their funds from the INC. The INC leadership is displeased.

Although similar humanitarian projects aimed at getting the masses join the INC (notice the implicit meaning of “Kabayan Ko, Kapatid Ko,” the project title) was conducted earlier, the Metro Manila version would have other purpose. That could be to threaten the government ’till “they allow construction supplies come in duty free.” Did the INC asked people from Manila or elsewhere to go to Davao for the mission? Then why did they ask members from CALABARZON to join the Manila humanitarian mission when in fact the CALABARZON districts already had events of the same sort?

    • Research research muna ng tama pag me time mga kababayang free thinkers.

    • Yes, I myself from Laguna is also set to go to Cebu, not for anything else but to support our mission to help those in need, and if anyone of you have nothing to share to some how alleviate the condition of those victims in the south, dont put malice to the ones who does their share. and yes i’m a proud INC.

      • How come some never appreciate the good side of this event, why not ask the opinions of those who recieved help with this program? How selfish some people and its sad how they express their opinions without thinking or researching first
